Anthony Reid is a tradigital fine art photographer and native-born resident of South Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Masters of Arts in Social Studies Education. Although he is primarily self-taught, most of his formal study of photography took place while attending Miami Dade College. Since being named Miami-Dade County Public School’s Social Studies Teacher of the Year and earning his national board certification, Reid continues teaching at Paul W. Bell Middle School. He is currently working on a series of portraits taken during his experiences as an international volunteer in Europe and Central America. His next project, Faces of the Modern Workcamp, intends to illustrate the multi-faceted beauty of volunteers who dedicate their lives towards intercultural service and exchange.
